ECO-CIRCULARITY OF POLLUTED SITES AND SOILS
Transforming environmental constraints into opportunities for sustainable projects

We took part in SOLTENA's technical day on 21 April 2026 on the eco-circularity of polluted sites and soils, which was attended by more than 80 project owners, colleagues and partners.
Together with a BET colleague and a law firm (FIDAL), we opened the day's presentation on the theme of regulatory changes, risks and the responsibilities of stakeholders. We were able to share our experience and expertise on the challenges posed by the regulation of certificates (ATTES ICPE and ATTES ALUR) and to present a concrete case of a pollution clean-up project in 2025 where the necessary studies were not carried out due to a lack of time, budget and knowledge of these regulatory obligations.
