ABO GROUP France once again strengthens its position as a leading player in the’soil engineering and the environment. Following the audit carried out in early November, the certification ISO 9001 has been officially maintained for all activities and establishments of’ABO ERG Geotechnics & ABO ERG Environment. This is a major recognition that highlights the quality of the work carried out on a daily basis by the teams and the robustness of the management system in place.
A comprehensive audit covering multiple sites and construction sites
According to the official report, the audit was conducted by AFNOR Certification, for the third consecutive year. During 2.5 days, The auditor conducted an in-depth analysis of the group's organisation, processes and operational practices.
The assessment was conducted:
- within the establishments of La Seyne, Verfeil, Castries, as well as Bordeaux (via videoconference),
- and directly on two construction sites located in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and Narbonne.
This diversity of sites provided a representative overview of the activities carried out in the field and enabled an assessment of the quality of interventions in a variety of contexts.
The quality team also emphasises that the next cycle will involve a new auditor, which will provide a fresh perspective on existing practices.

The ISO 9001 audit relies heavily on the involvement of teams, their ability to apply processes, document their actions and maintain a dynamic of continuous improvement. The report notes the availability and professionalism of the audited employees, who were able to present their work clearly despite a sometimes demanding exercise.
Both field teams and support teams are thus recognised for their constant dedication and commitment to improving internal methods.

The renewal of ISO 9001 certification confirms the robustness of the quality management system at ABO ERG Géotechnique & ABO ERG Environnement and the consistency of their practices across all their sites.
