Regularisation of existing electrical installations under the Water Act

Files on the Water Regulation Act under the principle of anteriority Sections 2.1.5.0 and 3.2.2.0

As part of a programme to bring some of its existing sites into compliance with water legislation, RTE awarded ABO-ERG ENVIRONNEMENT a multi-award framework contract to prepare declarations of existence proving that these substations predate the 1992 Water Act.
ABO ERG has thus examined 18 positions in terms of seniority in 2024, and other cases are already planned for 2025 and 2026.
For each site, a site visit is organised to check its operation (in particular rainwater and wastewater management).
Regular discussions are held with the project owner in order to contribute to improving the framework provided by RTE.
Expert reports are also drawn up when changes are necessary to bring these items into compliance with water management requirements.
