Environmental project management and regulatory affairs

ABO-ERG ENVIRONNEMENT has been assisting the project owner since 2020 in defining its requirements in terms of technical and regulatory environmental studies. The following tasks have been carried out:
– Field investigations: soil sampling, soil gas sampling, groundwater sampling, soil permeability testing. ABO-ERG GEOTECHNIQUE was also involved in this project, carrying out G1 and G2 preliminary design/detailed design tasks. ;
– Conducting rainwater management studies; ;
– Creation of 2D hydraulic models to analyse the project's impact on flooding in the area; ;
– Development of a Management Plan and an EQRS (Emergency Response Plan); ;
– Preparation of a case-by-case review file (Article R.122-2 of the Environment Code); ;
– Management of subcontractors for additional studies: ecological inventories, ICPE (Classified Installation for Environmental Protection) component, traffic study, air quality study; ;
– Assistance to the project owner in its dealings with the investigating authorities: DDTM, DREAL, DRAC, SDIS, ARS.
The project was subject to a prefectural decree for ICPE registration with a related water law component.
