The project under consideration consists of the construction of three six- to seven-storey buildings that will house shops, housing and offices. They will be built on two levels of generalised basements.
As part of the G2AVP study, the following geotechnical surveys were carried out:
– Core drilling to a depth of 15 metres,
– Pressuremeter surveys to a depth of 20.0 metres,
– Permeability tests,
– Laboratory tests: identification tests, compression tests.
Surveys have revealed the presence of embankments up to 3.0 m high resting on compact bedrock (Stampian formations).
A hydrogeological study was also carried out by ABO-ERG Géotechnique, highlighting the presence of groundwater within the local bedrock.
– Construction site in town, with neighbouring properties: light roadworks, buildings
– Groundwater,
– Maximum earthworks height of 9.5 m.
– Construction of a discontinuous, load-bearing, permanent micro-Berlin wall, with temporary pumping devices.
– Construction, in the final phase, of a raft foundation to absorb the negative pressure and installation of micropile anchors beneath the raft foundation to absorb these forces.
