Your main responsibilities are:

• Using the computerised QR code stock-tracking system, provide operational oversight of the warehouses and ensure the availability of the materials, equipment, tools and consumables required by the site teams
• Manage and coordinate the flow of materials between the company’s various warehouses
• Ensure the reliability of stock levels, the traceability of stock movements and compliance with reorder points
• Organise the receipt, inspection, storage and distribution of equipment
• Initiate and monitor procurement from approved suppliers
• Monitor the various fleets of equipment and coordinate statutory inspections of the equipment
• Coordinate stock-taking and act as the main point of contact for branches on matters relating to stock and logistics
• Ensure that QHSE procedures are implemented and adhered to, and that storage areas are kept tidy, clean and safe

We are looking for :

With a background in logistics, you will ideally have a proven track record in logistics, warehouse management or procurement, preferably in the drilling, geotechnical or civil engineering sectors.

You are proficient in using IT tools and stock management software. A good knowledge of drilling and surveying equipment and the associated operational constraints is a real asset. A CACES 3 certificate is an advantage.

You are organised, meticulous and able to work independently; you are responsive and have an excellent customer-focused approach. Your ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, your team spirit and your commitment to safety and quality standards will enable you to succeed fully in the tasks entrusted to you.

 

You should expect to make occasional travel to the other depots under your responsibility (Vitrolles, Nice, Toulouse, Paris).
