With our unique equipment and expertise in drilling and core sampling methods (conventional, wireline, rotary percussion, down-the-hole hammer, etc.), we have become the leading provider of sonic core drilling and deep, complex drilling, with extensive expertise in operations at challenging sites. This expertise enables us to carry out work throughout the country and abroad.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Business development and cost estimation: Developing and retaining a portfolio of public and private sector clients
• Respond to quotations, tenders and requests for proposals
• Analyse clients’ needs and propose suitable technical solutions
• Carry out cost estimates for drilling operations; prepare technical and financial tenders, as well as technical specifications
• Take part in commercial and contractual negotiations
• Business management and oversight: Defining the human, material and technical resources required to carry out projects
• Consult and select suppliers and subcontractors; organise the preparatory work; prepare the sites; and draw up implementation schedules
• Coordinate and monitor drilling operations; attend meetings to prepare for and launch projects
• Ensure that the work is carried out to a high technical standard; ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost and deadline requirements
• Monitor the budget, finances and profitability of the business

We are looking for :

A bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) to a master’s degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Public Works.

At least 6 years’ successful experience in business management within the drilling and geotechnical sectors.

A flair for business development and negotiation
Independence, rigour and initiative
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team

You have a hands-on approach, are results-oriented, independent, inquisitive and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Remuneration:

Attractive salary + Company car + 13th month’s salary + bonuses, management allowance, public transport scheme
