In February 2026, ABO SEGED Environnement will celebrate its 25th anniversary: 25 years of commitment, expertise and innovation in the service of the environment, land use planning and sustainable development. Since its creation in 2001, our subsidiary has become a benchmark in the field of environmental studies, operating throughout France.
From its beginnings to today: a strong trajectory
Founded in 2001, ABO SEGED Environnement has gradually built a solid reputation in environmental development, restoration and compensation operations. The company has developed a wide range of skills: environmental coordination and monitoring, natural environments, regulatory issues, project management, waste and deconstruction management, water and sanitation.
Over the years, ABO SEGED Environnement has also expanded its territorial network and now relies on:
- head office in Saint-Maximin-La Sainte-Baume (Var)
- Six agencies in France (Montpellier, Bordeaux, Nantes, Limoges, Rouen, Lyon) as well as several branches (Toulouse, Orléans, Senlis)
- A multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians operating throughout France.
In 2024, SEGED Environnement posted a turnover of €3.9 million, with around 50 employees and nearly 600 studies being managed simultaneously.
What values lie behind this figure?
Celebrating 25 years is not simply a matter of celebrating longevity, but of marking:
- consistent support for project owners to ensure that environmental obligations are rigorously taken into account; ;

As ABO SEGED Environnement enters its 26th year, it faces numerous challenges: ecological transition, increasingly complex territorial dynamics, stricter regulatory requirements, and the emergence of new environmental assessment tools. The company is positioning itself to respond to these challenges through:
- expanding its expertise (e.g. life cycle analysis, environmental communication and training)
- technological and material development (weather station, high-precision sensors, specialised equipment)
- Support throughout France, to ensure proximity, responsiveness and efficiency.
